L’objectif de cette formation est de renforcer les capacités des Groupes d’Experts Techniques (GET) sur le système de planification et de suivi, basés sur la théorie du changement et du processus d’un Système de Mesure, de Notification et de Vérification (Système MNV ou MRV en anglais).

Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
